Do you need to be a member to play Bingo?: Yes. Membership is free and all you need to do is complete an application form at the reception desk, you can play straight away. Members must be 18 years old or over and photo ID maybe requested.
How do you play Bingo?: If you have never played before then one of our friendly staff will be on hand to show you the ropes.
How much Money can I win?: Every day we play the National Game that has a top prize of up to £25,000. Most sessions we play link-games with other clubs paying out up to £15,000 and in-club we pay out over £70,000 every week! All prize money is paid in cash (tax-free) and if you are lucky enough to win £1,000 or more a cheque or bank transfer can be arranged.
Do you have ATM’s?: Cash withdrawals are FREE from either of our Cashpoints
Is there access for wheelchair users? Any other disabled facilities?: The club has full access for wheelchair users and a hearing loop all around the main hall. Please ask a member of staff if you need any assistance.
Do you have food and drinks available?: We have fully licensed Bar and a Diner serving delicious hot and cold meals around our Bingo session times. If you fancy a treat you can order directly from our Winner’s menu.
Are there are any fruit machines available to play?: We have a varied selection of the latest fruit machines available to play from 10p to £2 stakes paying out up to £500.
I am thinking of arranging a works night out. Do you cater for large groups?: Yes. Please contact the club and ask for the duty manager with an estimate of how many people and when you would like to visit. We can arrange an all-in package including Bingo, food, drinks and reserved seating.
How do I arrange a replacement membership card?: Please see our Membership Desk in reception to arrange new cards or update your details.
